I awoke joyful with infinite gratitude in my heart for all the blessings in my life; both seen and unseen, as I celebrated the seven birthday of my first born, the peaceful force who keeps me grounded.

All Summer long he has been into Minecraft, a game about breaking and placing blocks as well as WorldCraft, an alternative to Minecraft. For his seventh birthday we surprised him with a delicious Minecraft Cake, home delivered by the talented Stephanie herself. He loved everything about it and we love that it made his day.

Miniature Fairy Gardens

I love tending to my gardens and for as long as I can remember, I have been enchanted by Fairy Gardens with their hidden mysteries and treasures. My Garden is the place where I go to retreat, reflect and relax and I design it to reflect my character, personality and inner spirit.

My daughter, who is fond of the backyard fairy garden, requested to create a miniature version for herself. We used a set of Vintage Drawers we purchased last Summer from Estate Liquidators. My daughter immediately put hers to use while her brother was still figuring out what to do with his. Most of the accessories are from Michaels, Linda Marie’s Enchanted Treasures, Kreative Klutter and the rest are home made.

Early this afternoon on our way to pick up a few tools from Harbor Freight Tools, my husband’s eyes spotted beautiful selections of outdoor decor while searching for a parking spot. We parked next to the entrance of the little shop, Kreative Klutter, as a reminder to check it out before leaving.

They carry a variety of reptiles, snakes, lizards, mice, crickets, worms and a wide selection of frozen food options, accessories, supplies and maintenance services.

After a routine visit to the dentist, I decided to drive around, go sight-seeing and kill some time before picking up my Son from school. I drove by a Shabby Chic Shop, just to find out that the owner moved about a month ago and forgot to update her current location. On my way home, I stopped by the Express Super Pawn Shop, located in the heart of the High Desert, CA. That was my first time there and my second visit to a Pawn Shop.

In all the five and a half years that I have lived in the High Desert of California, this is my first time visiting this shop. Curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to see for myself what everyone else has been talking about. The shop is a good size and well organized. The workers are friendly and very helpful. They trade Guns, Gold, Diamonds, Jewelries, Electronics, Power Tools, Music Equipments/Instruments, Motorcycles, Scooters, Helmets, Snow Boots and Snowboards, Gaming Systems and so much more. The Shop offers Layaway.

Both Shop owners have joined forces with TradeYa.com, which according to the website, is the easiest way to get anything you want without spending any money.
