Still Pictures: Asparagus Aethiopicus Flower

My lovely Asparagus Aethiopicus is blooming with soft, tiny white flowers. Later in summer the flowers are followed by small round berries, which are considered poisonous. The plant is considered drought resistant once established as it can tolerate a fair amount of drought. I am growing this plant in a large pot on the porch; however, I have a few more in my garden which I am growing in full sun and which are still thriving after 3 years.

It is by far one of my favorite evergreen ornamental plants followed by Asparagus Fern and Asparagus Plumosus.
